Kingshot alliance events: Mobilization, Brawl and Championship
Three recurring events, three different games. Mission math for Mobilization, the 13-horn race in Brawl, and the lane strategy that wins Championship rounds.
Quick answer
Championship: register every week with your best buffs active, and let leaders stack two lanes for the 2-1. Mobilization: take a diamond-spend mission first and let it fund the rest of your day. Brawl: you need seven of thirteen horns — the final 36-hour day holds four, so save your spending for the push.
Alliance Mobilization
Points for what you already do
Mobilization rewards everyday play: building, training, gathering and spending. The alliance shares a mission pool, and you personally control two exclusive missions worth 120% to 200% points, refreshable for a cooldown cost. You can finish four exclusive missions per day.
Take the diamond-spend mission first
Use those diamonds to buy the attempts and supplies your other missions need. Leftover diamonds are best parked in VIP points — higher VIP improves shop loot and bonuses.
The 50 and 200-gem attempts are worth it
Every 200 points earns a chest averaging around 100 gems back, plus orange fragments, hammers and speed-ups. Earning 400 points in one task breaks even or profits. The 1,000-gem attempt is only for climbing a ranking tier.
Smaller missions pay better per resource
Lower-tier missions give a better points-per-resource ratio; bigger ones give more total points per attempt. With limited daily attempts, match the tier to what you can actually afford today.
Time troop and speed-up missions
If troops finish training soon, take the power-up mission and collect instantly. For construction speed-up missions, trigger the Double Time decree first so each speed-up minute goes further.
Custom Mission Vouchers remove the luck
Your first voucher each event picks a 200% mission; the rest pick 120% missions, up to three. Two vouchers come free from Alliance Monuments each event — use them on your biggest point days.
Speed-up mission tiers
900 min
160 pts
1,800 min
220 pts
3,600 min
300 pts
7,200 min
450 pts
Same pattern for Forgehammer missions: the 10- and 20-hammer tiers are the efficient ones; the 35-hammer tier wastes spend on an odd number.
Alliance Brawl
The 13-horn race
Brawl pits your alliance against one from another kingdom across 6.5 days of themed missions. It starts right after Kingdom of Power in eligible kingdoms and often overlaps Merchant Empire and the armament and officer projects.
Qualification
Your alliance must be in the kingdom's top 20 by power, and you must be a member before matchmaking. After matchmaking it is safe to leave and re-enter — points only count while you are in the right alliance.
Thirteen horns, seven to win
One horn on day one, four across the final 36-hour push. The event is designed to be decided at the end, so hold your big spending for the last day and a half.
Daily themes
Each day scores a different activity category. Themes shift with server age — Truegold and dust missions appear later — so check the day's theme before spending anything.
Both sides get paid
Daily milestone chests and alliance rewards go to both teams, with the winner earning more. Final rewards scale with alliance ranking and Star Rating, and top contributors on both sides get bonuses.
Typical daily themes
- · Rise of the City — building and development
- · Hero Development — hero levels and strength
- · Pet Training — enhancing pets
- · Gear Enhancement — army and hero gear
- · Trade Baron — speedups, Truegold and governor gear
- · Full-Scale Competition — everything counts
Alliance Championship
The weekly lane tournament
Runs every week, Monday 00:00 UTC to the following Monday, in five phases: Sign-up, Matchmaking, Preparation, Battle and Completion.
Sign-up snapshots your march
From Monday to Wednesday 23:00 UTC, members at Town Center 10+ register one march into one of three lanes (20 slots each). Registration captures your march and all buffs — including active pets — so register while your best setup is live and do not update it afterwards.
You need ten registered to match
Matchmaking runs Wednesday 23:00 to Thursday 00:00 UTC and brackets you with five alliances near your ranking. No changes are allowed during this window.
Leaders get an 11-hour prep window
Before each of the five rounds, R4s and R5 can see the enemy's previous-round lane arrangement and power, and reposition your players to counter. It is old data — if they reshuffle, you find out when the battle starts.
Battles are hands-free
Five rounds of one hour each, ending Saturday 12:00 UTC. Nobody clicks anything: only the 20 strongest players per lane fight, and each march fights at most twice per round.
Play for the 2-1
Win two lanes, concede one. Stack your 40 strongest into two lanes rather than spreading for a sweep that rarely happens. You can swap entire lanes and review enemy history from the battlefield map.
Completion tiers
The Championship shop updates weekly and improves with server age — Artisan Visions appear from Gen 4. Inventory is slightly randomized per player, but staples like Blue Satin, Gilded Threads and speed-ups always show up.
Leaving mid-event is messy. A player who leaves after matchmaking keeps fighting with their registered march — but a player who leaves before matchmaking must re-register from scratch.
Questions
Alliance events FAQ
›What is Alliance Mobilization in Kingshot?
A recurring event that pays rewards for things you already do daily: building, training, gathering and spending. The alliance shares a pool of missions, and you also get exclusive personal missions worth 120% to 200% points. You can complete four exclusive missions per day before reset.
›What are Custom Mission Vouchers in Alliance Mobilization?
Vouchers let you pick your exclusive missions instead of relying on luck. The first voucher you use in an event grants a 200% mission if one is not already done or available; further vouchers grant 120% missions, up to three. You earn two free vouchers per event from Alliance Monuments, and can buy four more daily with a 1,000 Kingdom Coins Mobilization Booster Pack.
›Which Alliance Mobilization missions are worth taking?
Start with a diamond-spend mission and use those diamonds to fund the rest of your day. The 50-gem and 200-gem attempts are usually worth it — every 200 points earns a chest averaging around 100 gems back, so 400 points in one task breaks even or profits. Skip the 1,000-gem attempt unless it moves you up a ranking tier.
›How does Alliance Brawl work?
Two alliances from different kingdoms face off over 6.5 days of themed daily missions. Thirteen horns are available across the event — one on day one, four across the final 36-hour push — and the first alliance to seven horns wins. Your alliance must rank in the kingdom's top 20 by power to qualify, and you must be a member before matchmaking for your points to count.
›How does Alliance Championship work?
A weekly tournament running Monday 00:00 UTC to the following Monday. Members at Town Center 10+ register one march into one of three lanes (20 slots each, 60 total). After matchmaking against five alliances, five one-hour battle rounds play out automatically — nobody needs to be online. Only the 20 strongest players per lane fight, and each march can fight at most twice per round.
›What is the best Alliance Championship lane strategy?
Aim for a 2-1 round win: stack your 40 strongest registered players into two lanes and concede the third. A full 3-0 sweep is rare, and trying for it usually loses two lanes instead. During the 11-hour preparation window, leaders can study the enemy's previous-round lane arrangement and counter-position — remembering that the enemy may reshuffle.
›Does registering for Alliance Championship snapshot my buffs?
Yes. Registration captures your march and all related buffs at that moment — including active pet buffs. If you update the team later, expired buffs are lost, so register while your best setup is active and leave it alone.
›Which alliance event should we prioritize?
Alliance Championship is weekly and its shop is one of the best long-term sources of growth materials, so never skip sign-up. Alliance Mobilization rewards normal daily play, so the cost of competing is near zero. Alliance Brawl is the prestige event — qualify for it, but plan spending around its themed days rather than chasing it blindly.
Mechanics cross-checked against the Kingshot Wiki event pages on September 29, 2026. Mission values and themes can shift with server age.

Events are won in the planning
Lane assignments, voucher timing and Brawl spending plans all fail the same way: the plan lived in a chat scrollback. Publish it where members actually read it.
