• Handles (e.g. @dragonlords) are first-come, first-served. We may reclaim, reassign, or rename handles that impersonate others, infringe trademarks, are offensive, or are inactive long-term.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or our Code of Conduct.

You keep ownership of the alliance pages, player profiles, combat setups, posts, comments, images, and other materials you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant Shape Your Brand LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt for formatting, and distribute Your Content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting AllianceHall.com.

You represent that you have the right to share Your Content and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

You can delete Your Content at any time from your account; cached or backup copies may persist for a short time before being purged.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Post or promote cheats, hacks, real-money trading (RMT), account selling, or anything that violates a game's own terms of service.
• Upload malware, run automated scraping at scale, or attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
• Use AllianceHall to spam, phish, or otherwise harm people.
• Misuse trademarks, copyrighted material, or impersonate a real person, alliance, publisher, or staff member.

Some features may be offered as paid services. Pricing, billing cadence, and refund policy will be presented at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Disputes about charges should first be raised with us at hello@shapeyourbrand.com.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on the site is accurate or complete.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHAPE YOUR BRAND LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (a) USD $100 OR (b) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shape Your Brand LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
