1. Strictly necessary
Plain English: Without these, you can't even log in. Always on.
- Authentication / session: set when you sign in so the site remembers who you are.
- Security: CSRF protection and basic abuse prevention.
- Preferences: remembers things like which game tab you last viewed.
2. Analytics
Plain English: Helps us understand what's working. Only on after you consent in regions that require it.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4): aggregated, anonymized page views and events. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Snapsello insights (snapsello.com): aggregated product-usage events.
In regions that require prior consent (e.g. EEA, UK), analytics cookies are only set after you opt in.
3. Payments
Plain English: Stripe sets cookies during checkout to stop fraud.
If you start a checkout, Stripe sets its own cookies for fraud prevention. See Stripe's privacy policy.
4. How to control cookies
Plain English: Your browser settings let you block or clear cookies anytime.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Use private/incognito browsing for cookie-free sessions.
- Opt out of GA4 with the add-on linked above.
- Email privacy@shapeyourbrand.com if you'd like help.
Note: blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in.
5. Do Not Track
Plain English: We don't track you across other sites. We respect your settings.
We do not use cross-site advertising trackers. We honor browser-level Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals where technically feasible.
